3. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • Orders once placed will be confirmed via email/SMS.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
  • In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days.
  • Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and courier services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of food items:

  • Returns are not accepted.
  • Exchange is allowed only in case of defect, damage, or wrong item received, provided:
  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You provide unboxing video and photo evidence.
  • The item is unused and in original packaging.

We reserve the right to approve or deny exchange requests.
